I began my performing career in 2019 by touring the US, Canada, and Japan as a member of The Glenn Miller Orchestra. I went on to win positions with the Houston Grand Opera (2021), Austin Symphony (2023), Central City Opera (2023), and Jacksonville Symphony (2024). I began my current position at the Fort Worth Symphony in 2025, and still perform regularly with the Austin Symphony and Central City Opera.Â
I hold a Master of Music from The Juilliard School (2022) and a Bachelor of Music from The University of Minnesota (2019). My primary teachers were John Rojak and Tom Ashworth. As a professional, I have studied frequently with Brian Hecht and James Markey.
In addition to my permanent positions, I have performed with the Atlanta Symphony, San Diego Symphony, Cincinnati Symphony, Colorado Symphony, and Naples Philharmonic. I have been a finalist in auditions for the Seattle Symphony, Toronto Symphony, Atlanta Symphony, and Kansas City Symphony.
I play on a custom Shires bass trombone and a Griego GP mouthpiece.
